Water and Sewer Services
The water and sewer service for the Village of Beverly is controlled by the Board of Public Affairs. This Board meets monthly at 5:30 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month at the Village office. Meetings are open to the public. If you have billing questions or concerns please call the Water Department at 740-984-2694 or stop into the office Monday-Thursday 8:30 a.m - 5:00 p.m.

Billing Policies
All bills are due on the 15th of each month. Failure to receive your bill does not excuse a late payment.
Full payment is due on the due date clearly printed on your bill. A penalty of 10% of the payment amount will be assessed on bill paid after the payment date. You will be mailed a disconnect notice informing you that your payment must be received before 12:00 Noon on the disconnect date or a $50.00 service fee will be added to your current charges.
Your sewer charge is based on your water usage. There are no sewage meters.
New Service
If you are new to Beverly and need new water/sewage service, a deposit of $150 is required you must complete an application for service. This can be done by printing and filing out the form found here and mailing it along with with your deposit payment to the Village of Beverly, 919 Mitchell Ave. or stopping into the Water Clerks office to fill out the form and pay your deposit. If you have any questions you may call our office at 740-984-2694.
Terminating Service
If you are moving and wish to discontinue your water/sewage service, a final reading will be taken and a final bill will be issued. Your deposit will be credited toward your final bill. If applicable, a partial refund of your deposit will be granted.
