Court dates are set in advanced and your specific date will be listed on your ticket. Court dates are typically held on Tuesdays at 3:30p.m.
A list of the most common violations and their corresponding fines is posted at the Village office. {Download the list}
All violations are reported to the State Supreme Court quarterly.
For each traffic ticket, a portion of the payment paid is distributed to the following areas:
- Fine cost
- Village court cost
- Victims of crime fund
- General relief
- Alcohol treatment
- Defense support
- Drug enforcement justice program
